Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

This past year has brought changes and challenges for many. Worry and stress impacts our mental and physical well-being. Join us in some quiet time for self-care to experience and embody mindfulness through a guided meditation. Learn the art of present moment awareness and reclaim peace, clarity and the simple pleasure of slowing down. Learn about mindfulness and its many benefits. This practice will offer an opportunity to work with different mindfulness tools such as breath, body awareness, sensations and sounds. This is a compassion based practice, please bring an open heart and be ready to relax and rejuvenate. Followed by Q&A. Open to new and experienced practitioners.
