The body scan is a technique to consciously connect with body sensations, and soften the meeting of the mind and body. Mindfulness teaches one to notice what's arising in each moment with equanimity and kindness. Join us in this beautiful meditation practice, and learn to engage, and befriend the body. You will de-stress, enhance presence and clarity through these simple techniques. Open to new and skilled practitioners. Followed with a Q&A.
