Mindfulness Meditation: On Lovingkindness

Lovingkindness meditation is a great way to develop compassion and cultivate our propensity for kindness. It allows a deeper connection to others and increases joy and positivity. Practice includes some guided imagery. Followed with Q&A. Open to novice and advanced practitioners.

This program is hosted by the Burlington County Library System, and is free for the public. The event will be a live virtual program via Zoom.
