Join us in this beautiful offering where we learn to shift from a mind of "doing" to one of "doing nothing." Non-striving teaches us the art of letting go. This practice is an invitation to relax, be present and learn to befriend non-doing. Open to new and experienced practitioners. Followed by Q&A.
