Mindfulness Meditation: On Emotions & Feelings

The key to overcome difficult emotions & feelings is through mindfulness, and to embody that experience is through meditation. Join us and learn to recognize, acknowledge, investigate and release unproductive emotions and feelings through guided meditations. Work with mindfulness techniques and reclaim peace, presence and clarity. Followed with Q&A. Open to new and skilled practitioners.

This program is hosted by the Burlington County Library System, and is free for the public. The event will be a live virtual program via Zoom.
