Mindfulness Meditations During Times of Stress


As we journey through these turbulent times, it is helpful to ground ourselves and connect with the inner calm that exists beneath the movement and chaos we are experiencing and witnessing on the outside. Join us in these free offerings of Mindfulness Meditations during COVID19 via zoom.

Date: Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 11:30 am EST 

These are the upcoming sessions for this weekend:

Friday, April 17th: Mindfulness Meditation on Healing

Saturday, April 18th: Sound Bath with Alchemy Crystal Bowls. This meditation takes place lying down. Please have a pillow and blanket ready for your comfort.

Sunday, April 19th: Mindfulness Meditation on Self-Compassion
