Join us for a 60 minute deep immersion in the harmonic and healing frequencies of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Made with 99.992% pure quartz crystal and embedded with minerals and semi-precious natural stones, the bowls emit a powerful resonance of vibrations that allow the body's energy flow to harmonize and balance. For optimum relaxation, this session is best experienced lying down. Please bring a mat, pillow and blanket. Chairs will also be provided.
